• The data shown is collected and analysed from various publicly available sources and may differ from actual or live market data.
• Nothing on this Website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security.
• We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Always verify information from official sources and consult a qualified, registered advisor before making any financial decision.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register or make a payment. By registering you confirm that the details you provide (name, mobile number, email) are accurate and belong to you.

3 Membership & Payments

• Access to premium features (Analytics, Strike Zone, Market Log) requires an active paid membership.
• The membership fee and validity period are displayed at the time of payment (currently ₹100 for 7 days, subject to change).
• Payment is made via the QR code provided. After paying, you must upload a valid payment receipt/screenshot for verification.
• Your account remains in Pending Verification status until an administrator manually verifies your payment.
• Upon verification, access is activated for the stated period. After it expires, premium access is automatically disabled until renewed.

4 Account & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One membership is for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access or content is not permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false payment proof, or misuse the service.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data or content from the Website, nor attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the system.

6 Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
